Custom Gibson Guitarby *camilladerrico

Traditional Art / Paintings / Pop Art

This is the custom painted Gibson Kramer Assault guitar for the Gibson Guitar and Gibson Foundation art show at Art Basel Miami December 2010. The image is of a Helmetgirl and I incorporated the guitar parts into her actual helmet. The hair wraps around the back.

The guitar will be auctioned off with proceeds going to the Gibson Foundation. Other artists who were part of the show: Michael Lau, Nakanari, Pete Fowler, Christian Jacobs (Yo Gabba Gabba), 123Klan, Matt Waldman (Nooka), Ashley Wood, Long Vo, Lebo, and Oscar-winning actor/artist Jeff Bridges.
